Yes. Depending on model, devices can use GSM, Iridium satellite, LoRa, or Kineis-supported transmission paths. GSM devices can buffer data when outside coverage and transmit once the device returns to network coverage.

Yes. Savannah Tracking collars are integrated with EarthRanger and Movebank, and a public REST API is available for custom applications.
