HWC LionShield System
A detection-deterrent-recording system for human-wildlife conflict sites such as livestock bomas and agricultural fields.
Overview
LionShield tackles human-wildlife conflict at the places where it happens: livestock bomas, agricultural fields, and other sensitive sites.
RF-tagged animals emit unique identity signals. Base stations at protected sites detect signal strength and identity, then trigger deterrents — light, sound, or site-specific alarms — before conflict occurs. Every event is logged, and data logs can be uploaded by GSM.
The system supports dynamic go/no-go areas and insurance verification workflows, turning conflict response from reaction into prevention.
